Jack Aiken at Re/Max Alpine Realty assisted me with the sale of my mountain condo in Canmore, Alberta during June-July 2019. Due to high interest amongst buyers, the sale happened very quickly (4 days from listing to signed sales contract with an out-of-country buyer). As with most real estate deals, the negotiations with the buyers were intense and fast-moving. Jack made sure to stay in constant communication with me by text message and we partnered on the final details well into the night, at one point. He remained positive while realistic at the same time.
