“We had a very amazing experience with Fenwick Vacation Rentals in Canmore. We happened to book a room with them last minute and they did a good job preparing everything upon our check-in. There were seven of us, and the room we got has two rooms; one with a queen size bed and one with two double decks; there was also a sofa bed. All kitchen needs and toiletries are complete. We also did our laundry before checking out. Overall, it was a 5 star experience. Will definitely book with them again.”

“My husband and I have lived here for just about four years. During this time we have seen countless management groups pass through. Our experience during our time here have not been something worth writing about. Since Boardwalk has taken over, I feel the need to share my thoughts. I believe they have provided a significant improvement to this property for a multitude of reasons. My first comment would be about the online portal. It is a very convenient and efficient system to communicate concerns and receive updates/information. Response to requests are addressed expeditiously We have taken notice of presence of on-site management with the overall cleanliness, landscape maintenance, timely snow removal, routine safety testing (although annoys my old dog), inspections, lobby updates (artwork, finishing tile, furniture), gym upgrading etc. This may seem like something to expect from a management group (especially for the incredible amount of rent we all pay), but it certainly hasn’t proven to be as such. Until now that is. So thank you to Boardwalk for your ongoing professionalism, and a congratulations to a wonderful team of staff that make it all happen. I can see why this company has so many properties throughout Canada.”

“The condo was great. Very clean. The mattress in the main room is a bit used as there is a definite ridge in the middle that makes you feel you are rolling out a bit. Other than that my wife said it was her favourite place we had stayed in Canmore yet. High praise and she would go back. I’m a bit pickier… Heated parking is great. The hallways and gym are in desperate need of cleaning and new carpeting. It smells in the halls and they just aren’t clean. It is in sharp contrast to the immaculate condo inside. The gym truly is in a sad state. The barbell is bent, there was no heat, the balls were all pretty dirty as were the benches. There isn’t much in the gym so it would be nice to see them better maintained. It made us skeptical of the cleanliness of the hot tubs. The unit was immaculate but anything the facility is responsible for seemed to be allowed to be in disrepair…so maintaining 3 outdoor tubs…take your chances.”

“We stayed for 5 days celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. We loved our cozy little cabin! If your expecting posh, this isn't the place for you. This is an adorable little rustic log cabin. Was clean and comfortable. Our cabin had a full size fridge and a 2 burner hot plate (which we didn't need as we ate out), and a wood burning stove/fireplace which we used every night. Ian was very helpful and friendly and delivered our firewood every day! We ended up buying a blanket because we found the bedroom a tad chilly. We then discovered our last morning that the window was open a bit. Our fault for not checking!”
