If you are in Canmore and want a unique experience, I totally recommend this place.
The Japanese breakfast is delicious, the waffles my wife ordered were amazing.
Tucked in into the greenhouse makes an interesting atmosphere. I'd prefer a more private but it works well.
You should come here.
I loved this place! Just discovered it and will definitely be coming back. The food and presentation was beautiful. I love the harmony of the light Japanese food with the environment of a green house. We ordered the tuna poke bowl and the Buddha bowl. I love that they have so many vegan options for myself. I tried their matcha latte with oat milk and it was incredible. We also did an oz of their yuzu wine and it was super yummy. It’s better than a limoncello. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The desserts looked incredible, but I don’t believe their is a vegan option.
What a treat. Hidden gem inside a garden Center. Authentic Japanese tea and cake. Other dishes are great for lunch as well. The Japanese mochi cake were made fresh. Amazing experience to watch how they were made, it’s like watching an art show. Strongly recommend!
Very cute restaurant inside the greenhouse that also sells desserts and various meats/fish. Food was delicious and flavourful. The matcha tasted high quality and it was nice they had non-dairy options as well. They only have a few tables available, so I suggest going on a quiet morning or booking in advance. We were given both menus but only able to order off the same one, which we didn’t find out until some of us wanted to order from the breakfast menu and some wanted to order from the lunch and then told we could only choose one menu. It seemed there was only two staff at the time, so our wait time was longer than expected, but the food still tasted amazing. Would like to go back to try their desserts or matcha ice cream.
The food here is excellent and beautifully presented. The dessert especially was wonderfully shaped and hand crafted with impressive skill. Prices are a bit on the high end but was disregarded at the taste. This is definitely a hidden gem in Canmore.
