Basco Calgary Window Replacement & Repair

Was thoroughly impressed with how professional they were from initial contact to finish. Intend to use them again for all future window installations or repairs. The technician diagnosed the problem immediately why some casement windows were not closing properly and repaired them in the most economical way with excellent result. The technician’s experience with windows was evident, which apart from the work, he answered other questions on our aging windows and could make recommendations. Very delighted and satisfied customer.

We used Basco to replace 7 windows that had failed seals. Simon's communication was excellent throughout. The home visit and measurement resulted in glass replacement that fit perfectly the first time. One small damage issue during installation that Basco dealt with without aurgument. Overall this is great value. Wish we had done it much earlier.

We had a huge air leak at one of our windows. one company said we had to replace the entire window. I was lucky to find Basco, and they replaced the broken plastic part and ensure the seal was tight. It was a reasonable cost when comparing to the cost of replacing the entire window. But what I like most is their solid end to end process and communication.
