Candace deserves much more than 5 stars. She is very knowledgeable, professional and patient; her inputs and guidance during the process of purchase was excellent. The moment moment she was on board with our desire to buy, she was there to provide options on what was in the market, facilitate viewings, provided options for vendors that will meet all our needs through the process. Candace made the whole house buying process seem easy in these hot housing market season. She makes you feel like a close friend because she really cares about her clients. I will highly recommend Candace to everyone.

I can't say enough about Candace and how helpful she is. She was there for me 150% during the difficult process of an estate sale. Five stars isn't enough to give to Candace Stanick for everything that she did to help me sell my condo in this tough market. Before we even listed, she came and helped me go through the condo to de-clutter and stage it for the best presentation. When I say she helped me - she literally helped me pack and store unnecessary items, brought beautiful decorative pieces to accent my condo - she even swept out my garage! When I had showings, she would often swing by the condo to make sure everything was tidy and to turn on lights when I couldn't get there on time.

I sold at a time when the condo market was saturated, and she helped me find ways to make mine stand out and be more appealing - the cold bottled water to greet the people coming for a showing on a hot day, and the dyson fan to cool off the condo because I did not have air conditioning.

Candace was always available and provided feedback on a regular basis. Being a part of CIR, Candace had a team of experts backing her, so not only did I have an agent looking after me - I had a whole team of professionals helping sell my place. I truly felt that Candace had MY best interests in everything that was done to sell my place. I also believe that my choice in having Candace as a realtor is the reason that my condo did sell.
