Tie Athletic Therapy

Josee is personable and realistic. I was dealing with some Achilles issues from climbing and she was able to administer effect soft tissue techniques and recommend some exercises for a speedy recovery. I am happily back to climbing because of Josee.

I had never gone to an athletic therapist before Josee. My shoulders were in constant pain and had limited mobility with them, making it dificult for me to to do simple tasks like reaching. This had been going on for almost a year. Chiro, physio and massage didn't help. I went to Josee and within two sessions with her, the pain was gone and I was able to resume every day tasks and go back to activities like swimming. I can't say enough about her!

Regular treatments with Josee have made it possible for me to continue playing golf. She also provides exercises and stretches that help me manage and deal with soreness incurred during play.
With her guidance I have developed a better awareness of what I need to do to improve mobility and performance.

This was my first assessment with an athletic therapist, and I was very impressed! Josee is personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. She took her time with my assessment, explaining everything to me (what she was looking for, what she was discovering) in a way that I understood. She outlined a process for us going forward and I have been my finding my sessions with her very helpful! I appreciate the different modalities she’s used on me (cupping, electrical muscle stimulation), and the exercises she sent me are on a very handy app that have videos of how to do them.
