The person on the phone confirmed they could ship the part and I would have it in about 5 days. After 7 days I call and find out someone made a mistake and the part had in fact not even shipped. I was going to leave the dreaded one star review. Customers can often be difficult to deal with and I didn't want to be one of those, so I called customer service and got Carrie-Lynn. She took my reference number and had to listen to me complain. She asked if it was ok to look into it and call me back. She broke the bad news but made sure the order shipped expedited.
