Fantastic Bike Shop!
Dropped in to the 11th ave location to get some minor work done on my bike. The staff are amazing ... they had a quick look at my bike right away and did some adjustments, installed some new pedals and I was on my way. Highly recommend this shop.

Always friendly, efficient and excellent service from The Bike Shop Central. Stopped in for a spacer for my handlebar stem today and Gabe installed it and even oiled up my chain and pumped my tires without prompting. I appreciate that they just want to help people enjoying riding and be safe. Thanks Gabe!

My salesman was super fun and helpful in picking out my new bike. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted and he helped me find the perfect fit for my budget and then helped me get the accessories I needed. Would recommend this place a hundred times over!

I purchased bike gloves in November. They arrived quickly. My brother-in-law is quite happy.

I purchased a different pair of bike gloves in December. They arrived quickly, but they were women's gloves and thus too small for my son-in-law. The website did not mention that these were women's gloves. I contacted The Bike Shop, explained the situation and they arranged for a return and complete refund, including shipping. I needed to contact them 3 or 4 times about this matter, but they were always friendly and understanding. They promptly respond to questions via web chat.
