“I purchased bike gloves in November. They arrived quickly. My brother-in-law is quite happy. I purchased a different pair of bike gloves in December. They arrived quickly, but they were women's gloves and thus too small for my son-in-law. The website did not mention that these were women's gloves. I contacted The Bike Shop, explained the situation and they arranged for a return and complete refund, including shipping. I needed to contact them 3 or 4 times about this matter, but they were always friendly and understanding. They promptly respond to questions via web chat.”
