Dr. Judd is professional and kind. She genuinely cares and wants her patients to feel their best.
She has the skill much needed in medicine: listening. My experience is that acupuncture has been one of the only things to take the edge off the chronic pain I’ve been having for months. Pain that conventional medical practitioners said they could not treat is going away! I am extremely grateful to have found this gem of a practice.

Had my first session with Alex yesterday. Appreciate her attention to detail, kind demeanour and knowledge of her craft. Felt comfortable in her space quickly and her online booking service is simple and easy.
Also love that she uses a variety of modalities as treatment methods. Came in very wired from a hectic morning and left feeling super relaxed.... The chi has definitely started moving!

This week was my first time trying acupuncture and cupping and I can't believe i waited this long! Alex instantly made me feel comfortable and I definitely am going to make this a part of my health routine moving forward. The online booking system also makes for easy and convenient appointment scheduling. It's so great to have a place like this open up in Bowness. Highly recommend!

Today was my first day for acupuncture in years although I have had plenty of chiro and massage in my adult life. Alex appears to appreciate working towards the core solutions over the more superficial feel good treatment. I prefer this approach and will be returning for additional treatments.
