Extremely professional and understanding, he takes the time to explain how the lens technology works to ensure that your eyes are comfortable throughout the day. My experience with this location has been wonderful. I have gone approximately 10 or more years with migraines, double vision, and eye strain and have been to several different optometrists regarding these issues and have been told endlessly that I'm just being lazy with my eyes, and that my eyes will be this way for the rest of my life if I don't train and exercise them. Throughout the years, I gave up on getting any sort of diagnosis and struggled through trying to manually correct my vision by straining my muscles and giving myself migraines. I've avoided driving when possible, video games, art, and many other hobbies because of these issues. I needed new glasses and an updated prescription and decided to try out Trinity Hills Eye Care as they are very close to my current home. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and honestly have never met kinder people. My appointment ended up being with Dr. Kobie Lee and he had asked me if there was anything of concern going on with my eyesight. Being previously so discouraged, I was hesitant to tell him anything about my "lazy eyes," but he seemed very curious and willing to help. I told him about my migraines and double vision and he remained curious and began doing some tests. He noticed something that I'm honestly shocked nobody else had for 10+ years. My eyes turn slightly inward by the smallest amount - almost undetectable to the human eye - but he noticed while doing tests that my eyes are constantly trying to correct themselves and refocus. They are battling against their natural position trying to "see straight," causing the double vision and eye strain. He prescribed me prism lenses and since I have been wearing them I have had no migraines, no eye strain, no double vision. The easiest way to describe it is I can finally feel what a relaxed eye feels like. It was like a huge exhale. I am now able to play video games again, create art for longer periods of time and drive any time I need. I no longer have to panic about getting double vision before I need to drive home because my eyes are too tired. When you've been told for years that your eyes are your fault and to have it fixed so easily by someone who is just willing to listen and find you a solution, it is just a huge weight off your shoulders. I can easily say this was not only one of the best professional experiences I've ever had, but they definitely improved my quality of life and I'll forever be grateful.

My friend and I went to select frames today at Trinity Hills Eyecare. Dr Lee was so professional, knowledgeable and kind, giving us the best service! His staff were also wonderful. Brenda in particular helped us both select the most amazing frames within minutes. Seriously, my last experience picking frames had me all over the city and I ended up by glasses I didn’t really love. Brenda has over 30 years in the industry and helped us both select the best frames for us very quickly and we all had fun doing it.
