“We called a couple of plumbers as the toilet was leaking but no leak was showing from the toilet bowl but we could hear a noise all the time. Out of 4 companies only the guy at Service King Shawn gave us the right attention over the phone, diagnosed the plumbing leak for the toilet and was able to actually give us a quote. Shawn came out to the house exactly when he said, SUPER friendly / polite service and changed the part inside the back of the toilet.
