Cardel makes beautiful homes. Of all the places I looked at, theirs were the best! As a first time buyer, they went out of their way to make everything as easy as possible for my first home purchase. Their service is great.

The unit I chose not only has amazing views of the mountains and prairies but included upgrades that fit my tastes, lifestyle and modern style. The pre possession walk through was through and there were only small touch ups. I really feel I have received tremendous bang for my buck.
