Sarah was very knowledgeable when answering any questions I had and when she wasn't sure she emailed me with the information I needed. The unit I chose not only has amazing views of the mountains and prairies but included upgrades that fit my tastes, lifestyle and modern style. The pre possession walk through was through and there were only small touch ups. I really feel I have received tremendous bang for my buck.
