(August 10, 2020, 2:52 pm)Our dog is timid and can be skittish but Ashley was great with him. Her manner was so calm but took charge and he went with her right away. Our dog usually runs to the car after the groomer but he was in no hurry to leave. This was a great experience for him and us. The quality of work was great, from the wash, to the nails, to the dreaded butt squeeze. It was all top notch and service with a genuine smile. We had to rotate to different groomers to keep him calm and not fight going in. We will be going back to Ashley regularly, sorry for letting you know this way old groomers but we are breaking up with you.
