“I wish I was able to find the name of the lady but I was absolutely shocked when I had the experience that I did. I will give their food a 10/10 because it genuinely is delicious but the customer service is ridiculous. My cousin had placed an order and we paid in cash, got our change back, which wasn’t a big deal. We then asked if we could sit in our car until the food was prepared and we were told it was alright. As we were waiting in our car, the lady came out to give us our food (so we thought). She had a strong grip on the box and wasn’t letting go then proceeded to yell at my cousin insinuating that she had stolen money (which she had not) and that there were cameras to prove it. Now the real story here is that SHE had given my cousin back the WRONG change and had the audacity to insinuate this. I was left in shock witnessing this as I was there with my cousin and we had given her more than enough money to cover the cost and she had given us back more change which we genuinely hadn’t noticed. I personally will never go back due to this experience regardless of how good their food was. No one deserves to be treated like that especially as a paying customer, we had done absolutely NOTHING wrong.”

“My daughter was going into kindergarten at Highwood and I was looking at the negative reviews and nearly opted to skip out of Kids come first. What a MISTAKE that would have been. Susan at kcf in Highwood is my 5 year olds best friend. She is such a good role model, has great energy and plans many activities for all the kids. When they go outside to play in the playground, Susan and the Staff make sure everyone has sunscreen and bug spray and stay hydrated. I am somewhat of a helicopter mom and I have a hard time leaving my kids, but I would no doubt leave my kids in her care. I dont usually write reviews, but I wouldn't want anyone to opt out of kids come first like I nearly did because of the negative review.”
