(May 22, 2022, 3:25 am)This is an absolute hidden gem!!! I am not vegan and have honestly never had a vegan meal until today. We had relatives in from out of town and requested a vegan restaurant. Off to Google we went and discovered this location close to their air bnb. What a lovely cozy, inviting, welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. The owners/staff were truly outstanding in their service. The food was magnificent indeed, absolutely delicious and all ingredients locally sourced which is fabulous! This gem is an absolute MUST visit! YOU WILL Mot be disappointed!

The beet hummus & pan bread were so delicious and the power balls were absolutely divine. You can feel the heart and soul that goes into this family run cafe! Wonderful service. This high vibrational, healthy, delicious, & nutritious food is exactly what Calgary needs. If you want to feel nourished, and eat plant based food made with intention, this is a small business worth supporting!
(April 28, 2022, 9:16 pm)Go to cafe in the south east!! So many yummy and whole food options as well as delicious smoothies!! Love coming here to study while grabbing a bite to eat. The owners & staff are so friendly and the aesthetic of this place is *chefs kiss*. Check this place out !!!:)
(March 24, 2022, 11:27 pm)I’ve been here twice now and both times the food and smoothies were wonderful. I was surprised how good vegan food tastes being that it is so good for you. I’m now moving towards a more vegetarian, vegan diet. My daughter was with me both times and she just loves the food too. My niece came with us the first time and she loved the food and of course the great atmosphere.

The decor is beautiful. The greens around you makes u feel so relaxed 😌 😎 big windows for sunny days. The menu is creative, we were there for a drink and it was so lovely 😍 I get floral fog and green smoothie. They both were amazing, we got a brownie, tea and a smoothie and they were all amazing. 100% recommend!!
