THE BEST CHINESE FOOD IN CALGARY.We tried many restaurant and finally found BILL'S is the best food and service.They served Dim Sum on Friday,Saturday,Sunday and holiday from 10am to 3pm.You also can order it every evening.Dim Sum has good size,tasty,and reasonable price.Beef ho fan,Shanghai noodle,Yang Chow fried rice.....were cooking perfect.They have two different menu in supper time.One for Canadian and another for Asian.Those were perfectly cooked by professional chefs.Their service were also friendly and wonderful!!I highly recommended you to experience it yourself once and you will keep going:)

We arrived at 10:30 on Easter Sunday and we're glad we did, because by 11:00 the restaurant was at capacity. We had several different dim sum dishes (sticky rice, shrimp won tons, dumplings, rice wraps, pork buns, meat balls, and some others I've forgotten), and found the food to be generally very high quality. Our only disappointment were the dumplings, which were too doughy. That being said, the filling was still tasty and came with the red wine vinegar which a lot of places are skipping these days, unfortunately. Of special note is their chili oil: it is extraordinarily good! I don't know what they've done to it, but it is miles better than any other that I've had in 30 years of dim summing. The establishment seemed very clean, including the washrooms. Very friendly and attentive service, got the order exactly right and refilled the waters and teapot without being asked. Price wise, it's about right for good quality dim sum: $83 for 4 adults plus tip.

Very good food and service. Highly recommend trying the dim sum out. Definitely will be returning in the near future
