Everyone working was so nice and helpful the entire time I was here! They had great suggestions and customer service, and answered any questions I had! The place itself is so welcoming and has an amazing aesthetic!

Carolyn and Dr. Singh were an absolute delight. Carolyn helped me to change up my style for my glasses, and I am so excited to get them on my face! Thank you so much for making me laugh and making this a very positive experience. Will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know!

What a wonderful experience! The team at Old Street Optometry made me feel totally at home. I was able to have my eyes checked and pick out new glasses in no time! They have an amazing selection of frames at a variety of costs. I was so impressed by the cleanliness and commitment to keeping staff and visitors safe and healthy. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Absolutely phenomenal! The customer service? Wonderful and very invested, they made sure I got the best glasses for my face! And I did!! I’d say I’m more handsome now but what’s 100% more than 0…. They’re great though I’m going back for prescription sunglasses soon!! And you should too!

I was just passing by and HAD to enter this cute European boutique looking store.

As soon as I stepped in, was lucky to be received by Dr Lori Singh, who by the way had noticed the old glasses I had on and politely asked if she could quickly fix them. I was simply wowed as the very store I had them made actually refused adjusting them a few times before.

Now with prescription in hands, I then come back to take my time to pick new frames. Caroline, who also works there, was so patient and amazingly knowledgeable as well.

I love my new glasses :)
