Evolve Retreat Co.

I attended the one-day retreat in May. The retreat was exactly what I needed, far away from the hustle of London! The day was well planned out, and all the workshops complimented each other really well. I have also found since returning back to the UK/work that the tips I picked up on diet, sleep, exercise, and mindfulness have been incredibly easy to incorporate into my busy lifestyle. I left the day feeling far more relaxed, at peace, and enlightened ???? Thank you Evolve team!

One of my first retreats and the recharge they provided (mentally, physically emotionally) was a much needed and welcomed experience. Tina and her team are top of their game and committed to bringing more wellness to the world. Best part is its right in our backyard.

I loved it! I can wait to go to the next one! Evolve Retreat is all I was looking for! They integrate health, fitness, mindfulness, clean eating, sleep. Plus you have the amazing view of the Rockies surrounding you. Having the experts guiding you through the process of connecting yourself with nature and your body gives you the power back. I attended one Day Retreat back in May. I didn't know anyone but from the moment I walked in I felt so welcomed by everyone.I enjoyed all the guest speakers and took away lots of Info to help me with my journey to become a better version of me. I highly recommend this retreat to anyone!! The staff are very professional and you'll come out of it a better person. Hopefully one day I can do the 5 day retreat.

From the moment I arrived at the beautiful setting of Evolve Retreat, at the base of the Rocky mountains, to the time I left five days later, I was met with enthusiasm, professionalism, and an extremely knowledgeable team. The experience and serene environment exceeded my expectations. Each day was well organized with a variety of activities including workshops, presentations, and guest lectures. There was also an excellent selection of activities for all fitness levels. For moments of downtime, one could take advantage of the available spa for massages and other treatments. The meals were fantastic and well-presented.

The first morning, a member of the team asked how my night was and I mentioned that there was a bit too much light which impacted my sleep as I am a light sleeper. Upon my return from a wonderful hike I was surprised to find I had been moved to a room more suitable for my needs. It was beyond good service—and all my things were set up exactly as I had left them int her former room. The team at Evolve really care. This is just one example.

Tina and Dr. Gerber are supportive, authentic and very kind.
