(April 15, 2021, 11:08 pm)I imported a personal vehicle today, these agents are much more courteous and helpful than the ones at Coutts. Super helpful and professional. GPS finds the place easily. I was in and out in 20 minutes.

If you bring all your paperwork and your manners you should be in and out quickly. I've never had issues and the agents have always been polite and helpful.
