I'm sure it's a great place to work for the staff and they are nice as well, but seeing that they were charging me money I'm not so happy with them, however the staff are nice knowledgeable smart quick and understanding

Very courteous staff and quick turnaround time for customers. They call you days ahead to let you know about your demurrage free days and when it expires.

I use them to ship out my puppies and the office ladies are always friendly and smiling. The warehouse guys are all friendly and walk me through the process.
I have recieved a puppy there was well and same thing, everyone was friendly and easy to deal with.
Twice now, I have missed an important paper and they worked with me on it so that my puppy wouldn't miss it's flight. Thus, saving me big time!

They could be more forthright about the billing process. They made me pay all fees and sign acceptance forms before bringing me damaged goods from the back. they stare at me at that point and say we're not responsible it's the airlines. I see where you got your cash didn't you
