Fitness Fix

I've been a Fitness Fix member for over 15 years and Denise is the best trainer I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She is so knowledgeable and is constantly taking courses to learn new methods and techniques. She will give you a killer workout- with a huge smile the entire time! Kim has an amazing skillset with body alignment and muscle activation (MAT) and helped immensely with my rehab after a knee surgery.

Can't say enough great things about this studio. The trainers are truly caring and do not hesitate to give a personal experience. Thanks for everything you do!

Denise is an amazing person and an amazing trainer. She takes her work very seriously, always learning about the newest research and techniques to help her clients. Fitness Fix continues to be a generous and fantastic fitness studio for my family over the past years thanks to Denise and her team. My mom is a cancer survivor who attends the FRESH class regularly. Fitness Fix has helped her to become the healthiest version of herself through strength training and an exercise schedule. Fitness Fix offers enthusiastic, caring, and exceptionally trained instructors. The location of the studio is fairly accessible. And there's the possibility for drop-ins, group classes, personal training, and more.

Fantastic staff and facility! Denise and her team are exceptional. Their expertise is injury prevention and recovery while providing a challenging workout. No pushy sales pitch to get you to buy a membership. I have done classes and one-on-one training and they are both great. I also attended a very informative nutrition seminar.
