Wonderful staff, wonderful atmosphere, an inviting place for the beginner, novis or experienced. A great all around place to go.

The workouts are really fun and challenging. The atmosphere is absolutely wonderful and the people are great. They are very accommodating with physical restrictions, I had been in a car accident the day that I signed up with them, and instead of saying I couldn't do the workouts, Kristy showed me alternate workouts that would actually help heal my shoulder and still keep challenging me. Overall, an amazing place to be, an amazing workout to try, and so much fun to be had! Would highly highly recommend.

I couldn't be happier that I joined iLoveKickboxing Aviation Way! The workouts are amazing and never get boring as they change up daily! The staff are so helpful and encouraging... I was worried it would be too much at first but quickly felt at home and saw that the workouts are adaptable to every level of fitness - I love my ILKB family and look forward to working out!

The staff are awesome and super friendly and once you get through the warm up the rest is a breeze. Everytime I've gone it's always been a slightly different warm up, work out and cool down. I love these peeps.

Trainers are knowledgeable, understanding and motivating which makes classes fun. Warm and welcoming environment, you forget your working out and getting in shape! Plus I made allot of great new friends.
