if you're a new business some of the staff try and push you away with no interest of helping you get an account. Especially if you're disabled, it was obvious they really don't want people in wheelchairs in their store. I am a licensed business owner and the sales person assumed I wasn't by the way I looked. i'll be Taking my money to someone who respects the small local establishments.

customers service is cold compare to their competitor, ex Davies electric, grumpy looking man, and unreadable character. don't expect any smile or small talk cause there is none.
South store is smaller but have much better customer service.
price wise, Master definitely competitive
