A few companies didn't get back to me but Lion Heart not only answered my call right away but came over the next day. Dillon was friendly, professional and helpful - he explained what he found while we were both on the roof (though you don't have to go up on your own roof, they'll show you pics etc!), made suggestions, gave me a very good quote for the job and had the issue sorted for me in the same day.
