Working with James has been an absolute pleasure. James was involved and passionate with the building process from Day 1. He was always easy to reach and ensured that every concern was answered and solved in a timely manner. James put his heart and soul into our home and was committed to its perfection. James is a very skilled and hands-on builder with the ability to personally carry out all of the building process, making him an invaluable member of this journey. He knows exactly what is expected of every trade and can assist them in any problems they may have. Additionally, James has a great eye for design and was able to work together with our interior designer in order to deliver the best final product. James is still in contact with us today, months after our home’s completion, making sure that we are happy with everything.

In June 2018 I opened my first beauty hair salon 'Silver Orchid Salon' and I was referred to James Bradwell from Bam Inc as my general contractor from my friend who just opened up her hair salon in 2018 as well. My salon was built exactly the way I imagined and beyond any of my expectations. We passed all inspections without any problems and the construction was complete on time. I have inquired several other construction company's before talking to James. Although Jame's quote was a little higher than the other construction companies, I truly believe his quote was absolutely realistic and there was no "Surprise or hidden costs" that other companies would usually spring on you later on. During the whole construction period, he made sure to communicate about the progress of the salon and he was also able to advise me on innovative design changes to the salon. His designs, expertise and positive attitude made this process so stress free and actually fun. He continues to help and check in with the salon to ensure that we dont have any concerns or problems with the salon after the built was complete. I highly recommend this company to all my clients and friends for commercial and residential projects and I would most definitely use James again for future projects! Thanks again James!
