Excellent service. The staff were willing to have a conversation with me to figure out the best options for my car. When they found some issues they didn’t push me to repair, and instead offered recommendations. The service was quick and the staff were also very personable. This was a 10/10 auto service experience. Will be back!

The service here is amazing. So friendly, quick and called me immediately for any issues. Had 2 defective parts that I brought in and they replaced them right away so I was back on the road. Very reasonable prices, and great customer service. Had me in the next day when I called!
Been here a few times and plan to be back to get my brakes done again.

Mount Pleasant Auto was able to find out the cause of the grinding noise from the rear brake of my Honda, Fixed the problem , returned my car on the same day.

They called me before starting any work to help me understand their recommendations. They were patient and clear in the end they saved me thousands of dollars after listening to their expertise. They went above and beyond to help me and I would trust them again if anything else does wrong with my car. Highly recommend!

Friendly, reliable, honest mechanic! I came to Mount Pleasant Auto to do an out of province inspection 2 years ago and have been a loyal customer since! Dylan is incredibly friendly, helpful, and honest. He does a great job of communicating things about my car with me and is honest about what repairs are necessary when communicating what things his team have noticed during their regular inspections at oil changes. I appreciate how helpful Dylan is in explaining things to someone like myself with limited knowledge of car mechanics.
