Excellent, fast service. The staff were friendly and knowledgable.

We called this shop about having our brake pads replaced, possibly the rotors, and to switch our winter tires for our all seasons. Not only did these guys fix our brakes on super short notice, but they did it all with amazing customer service. Brad ordered all our parts before we even set foot in the door, walked us through all the services they were about to provide, showed us the parts, and then didn't charge us for our tire swap because the rotors were more than he had anticipated. All in all, a great shop with great people.

I was in a rush to get to leave town and they were kind enough to see me last minute. Great service!

I can’t believe I haven’t done this review earlier.

I’ve been going to the Midas on 16th since I got my first car years ago, and they have been my saviours. They are always kind, knowledgeable, and honest even though I’m a university student with absolutely no knowledge of cars! They walk me through the process in layman’s terms and I always feel I learn a lot.

On top of it they got me in last Christmas for an emergency tire change when my tire blew on Christmas Eve before I was meant to drive out of town to see my family for the holidays. Love, love, love this Midas. Can’t imagine ever going anywhere else. Thank you guys.
