“I was looking for a new gym and came across Southpaw. All the trainers are down to earth, very friendly, make me feel welcomed and make the classes fun. There are a variety of classes to attend a numerous times during the day and all level of fitness are able to do the classes. I’ve enjoyed each class, laughed, worked out harder t than I ever have in my life. I would highly recommend this gym to everyone I know regardless of fitness level or age. Wish I had joined sooner!
