“Great place to go and so close to home. I love that the instructors are pushing you and showing you techniques and help challenge you. I love that I can go anytime they are open and start the circuit, I don't have to sign up for a class, or go at a specific time. I just show up, sign in, do my workout and leave. And feel go good afterwards. I also love that they have a kid station for kids to sit, just need to bring them something to entertain themselves. No extra charge for this either.”
