I’ve purchased two properties with this builder, both transactions have been enjoyable. I love the layout of the home which has been super functional for my family. So far Ive been impressed with the build quality and after possession service. Would definitely buy from them again!

I just got possession recently of a beautifully built home. From start to finish, there is nothing I would change. From sales people, construction, builder lawyers, and all other administration- I can't say enough good things.

I've rented in an Avalon built property before buying and was fully impressed by construction. Virtually no sound from other floors or neighbors. Definitely built to last. All materials, appliances and construction was well- thought out and fabulous.
