I was searching for a very specialized product and was getting quite confused as to the different technologies and numerous different models of the product I was looking for. I came across Optimum Energy via a referral from a manufacturer of the product in California.

I quickly realized when speaking with 'Ed' in Calgary that I had found the right place!

This individual's knowledge and expertise on the product I was looking for presented itself from the moment I started asking questions. His explanations of the different types and models of the product were unbiased, truthful, clear and very easy to understand. No sales pitch here, simply good old fashioned honest advice based on what I needed it for.

I'm a very good judge of character and I could tell two things right off the bat:
1) This guy knows his stuff
2) He's trustworthy!

I ordered the product from him right on the phone after deciding (with his help) the exact model that I should buy.

There was some confusion (on my part only I should add) as to the customs arrangements as I needed the product quickly and he decided to 'drop ship' it right to me to save time. Optimum Energy and 'Ed' saved the day!!! The product arrived early! I was more than pleased.

My experience with this company has been literally fantastic! The customer service was so good that it makes me wish I needed something else from these guys just to experience that kind of service again. (I'm a proud Torontonian but you'd be hard pressed to find that kind of good service here I'm sorry to say).

In this age of people simply being numbers and online purchasing it is rare indeed to find such a knowledgeable and caring company.
