Great service and Staff, proactive service!

There was a young man riding a lawnmower near 64th avenue at around 3:45 today while I was on a walk with my 5 year old son and my husband.

My son is absolutely petrified of anything that emits a loud noise. Unfortunately we happened to walk past at the same time he was mowing the lawns there. My son stopped dead in his tracks and started bawling. The young man saw this and immediately turned off the lawn mower and dismounted. He briskly came over and took a knee IN front of my son and started asking him if he was ok, I kindly explained he had severe autism and was afraid of loud noises.

He apologized once more and told us he would keep the machine off until we were far enough away. My son then asked him what he was riding and let me tell you I did not expect his answer, I was simply expecting to tell him it cuts grass, however he bent down and explained in great detail while still making sure my son who keep in mind is only 5 years old is understanding, And he was! He explained what it does, how it works and how to drive it. My little boy was grinning ear to ear it almost made me start tearing up!

After about 8 minutes of this he asked if there was anything else he could for us. We asked for his name and he said his name was Brett, just incase we miss heard him he had on a blue ball cap and a white and blue plaid shirt. Brett if you see this YOU ROCK!!!!! You did this company nothing but good today!
