Our company has been buying tents from Warner Shelters since 2006. Over the years the quality of their product has been proven time and time again. Not only are their tents superior, but their staff is exemplary. Chad has assisted and guided us countless times with his depth of knowledge of both the product, but also tenting applications. Dai and Trung always provide excellent customer service and are a pleasure to work with. When we are asked about tents and our supplier Warner Shelters is the only one we recommend.

Our company has been a customer of Warner Shelters and Chad for nearly 30 years. In that time we have come to Chad with some pretty tight timelines and he has yet to let us down. His knowledge about tents is second to none. Warner Shelters have helped us pull off some incredible events over the years and we wouldn't even consider another supplier due to their high quality shelters and level of service. As to some of the comments from other reviewers about Chad's personality, I would say he does not come off with a slick salesman vibe, and for me that's a good thing. Smooth talk doesn't last and it doesn't come to help when you're in a pinch and need advice the way Chad has many many times over the years. While some have said he lacks customer service, as an actual customer who has purchased hundreds of items from Chad, I can confidently say he most certainly knows all about great customer service.
