We received the products we ordered in the designated time and the filters are of excellent quality. We have since set up a regular delivery of filters for our bi-yearly needs of 375 filters. So easy to send in the list of what we need and they arrive with little work on my part. Great support team, sales people and accounts payable. No problems and I highly recommend using this company for any filtration needs.
