Started as a temp worker, to now a lead shipping, receiving supervisor. If you work hard it will pay off! Have a great head of managers in front of you leading the way. great people around you. Keep your head up! Work hard! You will move up if you are dedicated, Put the work in! and know what you want!
(May 13, 2021, 2:54 pm)I am a fairly new hire of Krown produce, so I still have more to learn but everyone had been very friendly and welcoming. With Covid-19 going on everywhere right now I am thankful that this Business is still able to open (food business) and I can still work and provide for my family. This has been a positive experience so far and I hope it continues to do so.
(April 1, 2021, 1:39 am)I've worked here in the shipping department for almost 7 years and overall it's been a great experience. There are certain quirks that will annoy you but I think that can be said about any job out there. Lots of time pressure but the expectations aren't unrealistic - you will keep busy and usually have fun doing it. Lots of fun coworkers and even the big bosses are friendly and engaging.
PS - if the management is reading this - GET US A PROPER WATER FOUNTAIN :)
