I was surprised of the level of professionalism how our vehicle was presented to us.

They spent a good amount of time showing us the vehicle and every feature that comes with. I’ve never felt like they only care about selling the car and that’s it.

I’d like to share the experience we had buying a used car from Hyatt Infinity. We made an appointment to view, and test drive an Audi TT. The communication from Chris leading up to the appointment was excellent. Upon arrival, the car was parked at the front of the dealership, beautifully prepared and ready for us to inspect and take it for a drive. Following the decision to buy the car, Chris and Anthony walked through the various deal options and we came to a decision to buy without feeling pressured and felt that we were treated with respect. Cassandra in Finance did a great job of exploring all financing options and she came through with a great rate and presented the options clearly and without fuss. Car pick up day was a great experience. Even though it was a used non-Infinity product, they had prepared it beautifully and placed a big red bow on the hood. Best car buying experience I have ever had. They make you feel like you really matter, not just your money. Everyone we passed by asked if we would like a bottle of water and if we were taken care of, but not in an annoying way. Zain took us on a test drive and was very knowledgeable and excited to show us the car features. Answered all of my questions the next day even though it was his day off. Cassandra in financing again answered all my questions, was very organized and fast with the paperwork which we appreciate.. who wants to sit in an office when you're there to pick up your new car! Ray again showed us even more car features and helped us set everything up. All around a great experience that I would expect from a luxury car dealership. They tell you a few times throughout the process to contact them with any questions or concerns and they'll answer right away and appreciate the chance to make any errors right. I highly recommend Zain if you are in the market to buy. He has been there a long time, is fun, witty, super knowledgeable, and seems to really love the infinity brand and his job and it shows when you talk with him. Will be back when it's time for an upgrade.

Wow what a difference! Totally different experience than 5 years ago. Respectful, no pressure, intelligent people that provided the information I needed to make an informed decision to trade-in my 2015 Q50 for a new QX50.
