Rocky Mountain Plumbing and Heating

We are grateful to Rocky Mountain Plumbing for an emergency visit they recently made to our home. They arrived within the hour and immediately went to work diagnosing and fixing the problem. We required 2 separate service dates. I can not remember the name of the first employee; he dealt with the emergency issue with skill, efficiency, and kindness. The follow-up visit, for scoping, was done by Jacob who was equally as professional and skilled. Rocky Mountain Plumbing is a very professional, customer focused business that offers above average quality of care and service to their customers. I would highly recommend this team!

We were having an infrared garage heater installed and Rocky Mountain Plumbing was highly recommended to us by Calcana. Jeff responded to my call right away and was very prompt to come by and provide the quote. Stef and James installed the garage heater today. Their work was well done - neat, clean, and they were pleasant to deal with. We will be using them again in the future for any of our plumbing needs. Thanks, guys! :)

We had some issues with payments which was later on fixed. I received a call from the Manager and who sorted it out. He understood the situation and we came to a mutual understanding. I appreciate it very much and because of this, I will not hesitate to contact them again in the near future. Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service.

September 1/22 Update
I let Kale know that I was not happy with the servicing and the wrong toilet that was installed yesterday by someone else who was sent to do the work. I also understand mistakes happen sometimes no matter how good your business is.

Kale responded right away (which he has previously done) and came over in the evening to fix the previously serviced toilet that was still making water sounds long after being flushed. Turns out it was a defunct new part that has been replaced and now flushes great and is silent between uses. Thanks, Kale. When I voiced my concerns about the incorrect toilet that was installed, he assured me he would get the correct toilet and install it himself.

Again, I’d like to say I understand mistakes happen and the most important thing is how a business addresses these mistakes. I am keeping the five out of five rating as I have faith that Kale will follow through on his word and install the higher end American Standard toilet that was agreed on before. I will write an update once everything is done.

Previous Update: Kale also installed new parts to two other toilets and again explaining what was done and how the toilet would be more efficient. After he left, one of the toilets started making continual water sounds long after it was flushed. When I contacted Kale to let him know he said he’d come back across town that day to fix the problem. Since he was coming in a few days to replace a different toilet as prearranged before, I mentioned it would be fine to wait until he came in a few days to install the other new toilet. I will write an update once this work has been done.

I was referred to Rocky Mountain Plumbing by a friend as my toilet had leaked causing water damage. I am very pleased with their professionalism, workmanship, and upfront honesty. Kale took the time to explain what caused the problem and what needed to be done, as well as showing me what was replaced after the work was completed. In addition, options were given to me that would help save money and prevent future problems. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Plumbing to any homeowner.

Found my hot water tank leaking in the basement. Figured that I'd probably be gouged heavily due to it requiring an expensive off-duty/weekend replacement installation. Boy was I ever WRONG!!

I gave Rocky Mtn Plumbing a call and was pleasantly surprised to talk to Justin who walked me through the whole process. Sent him some pics of my existing tank and he promptly got back to me with a few different quote options to choose from. Selected the 50L Bradford White Defender series tank as my upgrade and the next day Justin picked up the tank, gave me a courtesy call to let me know that he was enroute to my house and a few hours later my new tank was completely installed. Not only that, he also corrected an exhaust pipe and a sewer line that were eyesores in my mechanical room. Not to mention, he was also kind enough to replace the humidifier filter on my furnace that was long overdue. Needless to say, Justin was very professional to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call back for any future Plumbing or Furnace service needs that i might have.

Overall, my experience far exceeded my expectations. I paid a fair price for an extremely quality installation that although was an expensive repair to swallow, i never once felt like i was being gouged or taken advantage of. Well done Rocky Mtn Plumbing!! Give them a call, you won't be disappointed. 👍
