“We got sink and tap installed this summer. The process with Harry and his team was amazing since the start. Quote was very well priced and communication was very efficient and fast. We had experienced delays due to countertop company on the day-off and Price Rite plumbing was still able to reschedule and accommodate date we had to postpone to. The installer Andrew was very courteous and professional. We have a new puppy, so he had to go through back yard and our sink was semi-commercial with lots of atypical parts to install. He even installed our soap dispenser because I could not get in place as tight space was. Because we had old pipes the hot water valve they were connecting sink into was slightly leaking. He replaced that one too, just to protect our hardwood floors. It was not even quoted. I cannot say enough great words about the service and the team, they are top notch! I surely will not use anybody else for future work.”

“Found my hot water tank leaking in the basement. Figured that I'd probably be gouged heavily due to it requiring an expensive off-duty/weekend replacement installation. Boy was I ever WRONG!! I gave Rocky Mtn Plumbing a call and was pleasantly surprised to talk to Justin who walked me through the whole process. Sent him some pics of my existing tank and he promptly got back to me with a few different quote options to choose from. Selected the 50L Bradford White Defender series tank as my upgrade and the next day Justin picked up the tank, gave me a courtesy call to let me know that he was enroute to my house and a few hours later my new tank was completely installed. Not only that, he also corrected an exhaust pipe and a sewer line that were eyesores in my mechanical room. Not to mention, he was also kind enough to replace the humidifier filter on my furnace that was long overdue. Needless to say, Justin was very professional to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call back for any future Plumbing or Furnace service needs that i might have. Overall, my experience far exceeded my expectations. I paid a fair price for an extremely quality installation that although was an expensive repair to swallow, i never once felt like i was being gouged or taken advantage of. “Called SOS Drain Cleaning on recommendation from family member, and after waiting for four days from a different no-show company. SOS booking agent thoroughly listened to what the issue was and the details of what was happening with the clogged main sewage pipe. They booked a technician to come on the Friday before Christmas. Troy the technician arrived earlier than the scheduled time (which worked out great), and after close inspection was able to pinpoint the two clog issues and dealt with them right away. I appreciated the thoroughness from start to finish, and for Troy answering our questions about the work they were doing. The price point for the service was also very reasonable.”

“Our kitchen sink has been clogged on and off for a while. In the summer my husband called another company who charged as twice as Precision Plumbing did today. However, since that time, we continued to have intermittent issues with the sink. Therefore, we decided to find a new plumbing company. The first one I called offered 99 CAD "call fee", and, when asked for estimated costs, the answer was like: "we are professionals, therefore we can not estimate things before we see it". The second call was to Precision Plumbing: I spent some time on the phone with Mike, who, after taking detailed history, provided me with estimated cost range and explained potential additional fees. May be I was lucky, but the specialist was in out house in 30 minutes. The job was done in less than an hour, then he took his time for detailed explanation and some valuable advice. The final bill was ~30 CAD less than the minimal estimated price I got from the office. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.”

“I was referred to these guys from a co-worker as i needed a gas heater moved in my garage office at home. They came out right on time, I even received a text telling me they were en route. They came in assessed the problem, suggested a couple of things and did the work for me quickly and efficiently. In addition they caught a couple of glaring issues with my set-up in my garage due to shoddy installation work from the original contractor. He made the required changes and adjusted everything and did a great job. Even dropped tarps over my computers to make sure no dust or debris fell, put things back once the work was done. All in all a pleasure to deal with this very well organized outfit. I will use them again to be sure. Even received an invoice and receipt via email and a follow up text. Very impressed.”
