Loved the product when first installed but about 15 months later, small pieces of rubber started to appear on the surface and stick to shoes, dog paws etc. The web-site states that the “ surface is designed to withstand heavy traffic, and Rubber Stone is a safe, long-lasting solution” with regular washing and a top coat re-roll every 3-5 years. That is not what we found, and as more pieces continued to shed, we had to call the company 2-3 times before a response (during COVID so some communication and material supplies issues). Since then, the company did redeem itself and came out to re-roll and seal the whole area. They also fixed a split which was not their fault, but fixed it anyway. Higher traffic areas that get a lot of sun probably need to be re-rolled more frequently that advertised but it's still a lot more economic, and environmentally friendly than concrete.
