We searched many communities, new home builders, previously owned houses, realtors, read reviews, re-read reviews all trying to find a place to live for our first house. Our search quickly came to an end when we discovered Jayman Built and the community of Seton.

Not only did we feel we were getting EXACTLY the home we wanted - modern, fully customized, and environmentally conscious for a surprisingly reasonable price - the sales managers at Jayman Built Seton (Kristy and Erin) made us feel beyond welcome. Extremely patient, helpful, always willing to answer our questions or find someone who knew the answers, we couldn’t ask for a smoother transition into home ownership than the people at Jayman Built Seton.

We thank you for everything you have done. Your assistance allowed us to move into the home we love and the community we wanted.

Had the pleasure of working with Erin and Kristy. Awesome people to be helping you navigate through the building process. Very professional and responsive to all of questions and or concern. Chris was our Superintendent of Construction very awesome guy and knowledgeable in his field. We worked with Samantha at our style magic appointment. Very cool lady as well. Explained things in detailed and showed us all possible options. Very please with the end product ie our house :). Can't wait to enjoy our new home. Thanks guys for making our dream a reality.

My husband and I recently built a new home with Jayman in Seton. Erin won us over from the beginning with her wealth of knowledge, obvious experience and her willingness to work with us. We loved a floor plan but needed a minor adjustment to make it work, she offered several solutions and allowed us to pick the one that suited us best. I don’t think building a home ever happens without a few little bumps in the road but we always had a great experience in all our interactions with Erin and her team. Our questions were always answered and issues always resolved.

It was a tough decision to buy a new build in an immature area or an old home in a more developed community. There was no doubt that Jayman’s new home standard including solar panels, triple pane windows, HRV as well as a bunch of energy efficient features and sustainable practice attracted me since I first walked in Jayman sales center in Seton. I have been living in my brand new home for 2 weeks now. All the experience I had and am having with Jayman in the past 6 months has proved the best choice made!

Jayman built my home on time and in high quality. They have great people involved in all aspects: Jordan provided a great financial solution to fit my need; Josh at construction was simply amazing - He walked me through the new house to show every detail and provided the best assistance could be. He is professional, knowledgeable, patient and reliable! And lastly, of course Erin, an extremely helpful, friendly, organized, and experienced sales manager. She was on top of everything throughout the project, from the start till after the possession.

Jayman Seton Center has made the entire process of building a new home easy and smooth. Overall a great team to deal with! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jayman to anyone who may be interested in building a new home in Seton.
