(February 24, 2022, 12:45 am)George at Trico Homes in Seton has been great. He was able to answer my question before and during the construction of my house. There were delays, that’s true, but he was able to understand my frustration and help me getting the answers I was looking for. The house is fantastic and I definitely do not regret entrusting them with the construction of my FIRST house. I cannot speak for how my relationship with the Warranty Department will be in the next few months/years, but so far I am very satisfied with what they have done!
