There were delays, that’s true, but he was able to understand my frustration and help me getting the answers I was looking for. The house is fantastic and I definitely do not regret entrusting them with the construction of my FIRST house. I cannot speak for how my relationship with the Warranty Department will be in the next few months/years, but so far I am very satisfied with what they have done!
