(October 15, 2021, 9:04 pm)I just had to leave a review after the amazing experience I had today! After being to 2 other stores looking for an iPhone 13, I was getting a bit disappointed. I popped into the Telus store just to see and was greeted by Brad. He let me know they had a few of the phones in stock and would be happy to help. I was then helped by Zack, and even though he is new to the store, he knew his stuff. This upgrade was seamless! Thank you so much Zack and Brad for an amazing customer service experience. I will be coming back in the future for upgrades and new products. I will also be recommending your location.
