Customer service like this just doesn’t exist anymore. Really exceptional staff and great work - a true gem.
I had a “rattle” in my windshield (that CalAlta replaced about a year ago) and they not only re-sealed it, but also fixed a rock chip that I didn’t even know I had.
If you enjoy being treated like an important human being, definitely pay them a visit!

I walked in, and they were able to replace the windshield immediately. The wonderful lady who I might add welcomed people with a fantastic spirit makes me want to come here forever. They are supporters of the veterans' food bank, which to me shows character and kindness. let me offer 1 piece of advice. Don't go anywhere else.

Today I had multiple stone chips repaired. The staff were so cheerful and helpful - from front desk to the repair technician (Jordan) and it was such a joy to get "good customer service" from the first phone call (Karen ) to the end result. I was impressed with ALL staff in this small repair shop; teamwork ruled! I hope the owner reads this. I have already recommended this place to a friend, and will not hesitate to return if I need a new windscreen, sunroof or side mirror.

I brought my truck to get 2 rock chips repaired at CalAlta. I pulled around the back. There were a few vehicles getting rock chip repairs. I pulled up to a vehicle being worked on. As I got out of the truck the guy doing the chip repairs told me to wait in the truck and he would be right over.

When he came over I showed him the 2 rock chips I wanted to get repaired. After he drilled the two chips out, he also check the whole windshield to see if there were others. After inspecting he said it was just surface wear.

While the resin was curing we had a quick conversation and I learned his name was Glen I asked a few questions about the repair process. He was happy to explain each step to me. After the repair he cleaned my entire windshield and even wiped down the inside of the cab where he stepped to get access to the rock chips. The repair took no time at all and I was on my way. Highly recommend CalAlta for rock chip repairs. There was no need to make an appointment too.

Our back window of our Subaru was smashed on a camping trip. The staff at CalAlta found us a replacement for a great price. We dropped off the car to have it installed and unfortunately the rear hatch wasn’t opening so Jordon found a part and fixed that for us as well!! The service here is above and beyond. We will definitely be returning our business here. Happy we came across them! Great service and super friendly staff that do a great job!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
