Dyna Crete promptly came to assess my 2 basement foundation cracks when I contacted them. I reached out to Dyna Crete based on the positive reviews regarding their professionalism and quality of work. My experience with Bryan and his team mirrored what I had read. They were very professional and patient to answer all of my questions, and more than willing to share their knowledge. I found their pricing very reasonable and the crack repair was done shortly after the assessment. So far it has held up through flood tests and rain. A special thanks to Bryan for also spending extra time on helping me with my incorrectly installed basement window we discovered during the repair!

I have used Dyna-Crete twice now and would not hesitate to use them again in the future as what sets them apart is their honesty, friendliness and attention to detail in their work. Also, I think it's nice to support a small family owned business whenever possible, but that's just a personal preference.

My first experience with them was back in 2016 when Bryan and Colin came out to have a look at what I thought was a leak from the foundation wall. During their assessment, they explained what to look for on the concrete if a leak was coming from the concrete and they also helped me perform a water penetration test. The leak turned out to be coming in from a window and they suggested a few fixes that I could do myself which worked to alleviate the issue without having to spend a single cent!

Their honesty is what sold me and fast forward three years later, I found myself looking at two puddles on my basement floor after we had received an extraordinary amount of rainfall over the previous couple of months. Armed with the knowledge of what to look thanks to Bryan's previous teachings, I was able to see that I was getting leaks from two different places on the foundation wall and I knew exactly who I would be calling to perform the repairs.

Bryan came in to confirm, provide a few different repair options given my budget, and Colin and Rob came by to do the repairs. Colin and Rob explained how the leaks happened in the first place and their plan of attack that they would use to seal it. They were very meticulate and when the initial water penetration test after repairs on the first leak showed a bit of water after 20 minutes of flooding, they knew exactly what needed to be done to get it fully sealed and a second water penetration lasting 30 minutes proved their work was sound.

The water penetration test on the second leak revealed a third leak which only appeared after about 20 minutes of flooding the area the water. Although the leak only revealed itself after applying an abnormal amount of water to the area, they still took care of it while respecting my budget. A final water penetration test combined with a flash hailstorm that happened at the same time was proof that everything was fully sealed and the area was leak free.

I now have the peace of mind to develop my basement and I can't say enough good things about Bryan, Colin and Rob and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone needing concrete repairs to look no further than Dyna-Crete.
