The super intendant of this house is amazing and measure quality higher than anything and people are nice overall, other than the house delay, I have to move the star up.
I was promised my new build home in mahogany will be ready by Feb, now they just told me they can't finish it by December. Other houses on the street which was sold after me were almost done, they just need you to yell at them at the office so they would work.
I regretted to chose them as a builder. And I won't tell any of my clients or friends to use Hopewell if they can't finish my house by December.
My fiance and I loved working with Hopewell for our new build. The staff were patient and understanding, explaining each step of the process and continue to communicate with us regarding the on-going process as they build. Breann and Carly were great to work with and we would recommend them to anyone looking to buy into the housing market! Thank you again for helping us make our house dreams come true :)
