“I've been going to Cyclebar Strathcona for about two months. I was a bit skeptical of spin classes at first but the owner was able to direct me to a class that suited me. I find there are enough classes throughout the day to suit any schedule. The studio is always very neat and clean. The location is convenient. There is lots of free parking. The staff is extremely friendly and the ladies are *good* looking. Most importantly, I can get a good workout and burn 400-500 calories in only 45 minutes to start my day.”
