Paddle Store

I tried these guys out using the online store, to take advantage of a Canada Day sale. I opted for a pick up and the selected product was ready to go the next day.

When I went to pick it up, I had a conversation with the staff about how we would use it, and it turned out there was a better paddle board for our intended use. It was the same price, and I was able to exchange it on the spot with no hassle.

We talked further about some other accessories. No pressure, just good information and friendly service. Overall a great experience with helpful staff and a good value.

Would shop here again.

Edit: September 21. Our pump started sticking and jamming. I brought it back, and it was replaced immediately. Still great service. Wish I could add another 5 stars. :)

It is easy to offer good service when everything goes well, but you can't really judge a company until something goes wrong.

I ordered an iSUP online and the order shipped promptly and arrived quickly. I was very pleased with the whole process. However, there was a minor issue with my iSUP and I was dreading the process of dealing with it.

But their service was great! They were easy to reach and the issue was dealt with professionally and without a fuss.

I will confidently buy from the Paddle Store again in the future.
