we purchased our Paddleboard in Calgary in May 2017. We are currently living in Honduras and use the paddleboard regularly and love it. we have the 2 person board and find it very stable out on the ocean. Recently while a friend was trying our paddle board the paddle end of the paddle came off and fell to the bottom of the ocean. I contacted Calvin Quach and informed him of the situation. They were very understanding and agreed to replace the paddle. we had a friend stop by the store and picked it up for us so they can deliver it to Honduras for us. I would highly recommend Calvin and the Paddlestore Calgary to anyone interested in purchasing a paddleboard.

Amazing customer service! I called in an issue with my paddle, to which they responded immediately. They shipped out a new one to me SAME DAY free of charge even though I believe it was user error and not a defect in the product. I would highly recommend this great company who stands behind their products and really enjoys seeing their customers get out on the water enjoying themselves.

Thanks to Calvin I had all my questions answered and I am now a proud owner of the AE advanced frame sport kayak. There was a defect on one of the skirt bladders but Calvin and Alex talked to the rep and had a new bladder sent to my house as promised. Great service before and after the sale. Thanks guys.
