Example of their great service, this Friday they shipped out a product to me and when I checked the order, from factory it was missing a part. This is late Friday and the Saturday is a statutory holiday, I sent a email in late friday not expecting any answer, but not only did Paul Gibney answer it, but the following morning, on his own time he went to work, gathered the missing part, wrapped it and then went to the bust depot and delivered it to me.
